Job DescriptionWork in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction byproducing materials accurately, efficiently, and to specified quality standards. Primary Responsibilities/TasksSet-up and operate machinery located in machine shop, to include mill machine, welders, lathes, saws, and other various equipment. Maintain equipment to ensure proper and safe operation. Detect & report defective materials or questionable conditions. Execute SAP transactions to confirm operation completion, and view/print drawings.

Perform cycle counts. Follow prescribed safety regulations. Maintain a clean work environment by employing 5S principles. Actively participate in Shop Floor Management meetings and Continuous Improvement activities. Assist Maintenance as necessary to include basic carpentry, electric, and plumbing repairs. Assist other employees in the accomplishment of their assigned responsibilities as requested. Qualifications/ExperienceEducation/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum of one year of practical experience in machine setup and operation (milling, drilling, turning, tapping, de-burring, and all bench operations, good inspection skills).

Must be mechanically inclined and familiar with all hand tools.

Forklift training certification is a bonus. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. Good math skills. Ability to self-manage routine.

Ability to work from technical drawings, as well as other written or verbal instructions. Work Environment & Physical DemandsRequired to stand for extended periods in a shop environment.

50-pound lifting requirement, with some heavier lifting required at times.

Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive flat-bed truck.

Ability to climb ladders and work out of aerial lifts. Moderate noise level with little fluctuation in temperature. SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm; Sat, 7:00am – 4:00pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
