Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for guaranteeing process excellence of our packaging machines leading the machine configuration process and validation according to client needs and requests- You will coordinate and manage the machine configuration implementation, update and alignment with internal Departments ensuring data and process accuracy- You will run analysis and validation on material-machine interaction and package format, dealing with product specifications and materials involved in the production process- You will carry out the process validations and verifications to ensure the desired level of machine performance and product quality- You will propose solutions to improve and automate internal processes, supporting accurate Configurator Model development- You will handle customer requests, e. g.
integrations, modifications, making the relevant adjustments to the process and its validation- You will manage and oversee the coding and Master Data Management- You will manage the 3D Machine Layouts analysing internal orders and selecting the mechanical groups for the correct machines configuration- You will manage the Bills of Material for our tissue packaging machines and technical equipment actively collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure BOMs are accurate, maintained and updated- You will interface with Production and Quality to improve manufacturing process and offer support to solve any customer issues or requests
To succeed in this role you should have:
- Degree in Mechanical/Automation/Materials/Industrial Engineering- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role- Required experience in process engineering and process validation in packaging industry- Knowledge in Machine design, Architecture Design, Configuration Management, Product/Material Management- Experience with Machine Material Interaction (MMI)- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP- High proficiency in Ms Office, especially Excel- Accurate way of working, structured and team worker- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Fluent in English and Italian
