**Baker Hughes is seeking a Machining Shop Operator

Our team performs the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.

Includes Service Shops.

**Partner with the best

Developing manufacturing technology and realise new products and systems 'Set up, monitor and operates various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements - rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, PCP injection.

Duties may also included operation of multiple machines at one time, repair, patching or splicing cable and may perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.

As a Machining Shop Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Having the autonomy in the management of turning/milling phases

- Workstation set up

- Performing dimensional checks

- Changing of tools and inserts.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Technical diploma

- Have proven experience and autonomy in the management of the CNC system

- Have the ability to read mechanical drawings

- Have knowledge of turning/milling processes

- Able to have use of the main tools for dimensional control

- Have the availability to work full time and on shifts
