Job Description Summary: Work in Mail Services to process mail and packages for Villanova University students, faculty, and staff.

Learn and understand Mail Services policies and procedures.

Work with package tracking hardware/software to process mail and packages in accordance with Mail Services procedures.

Assist at customer service window.

Learn and understand package locker reservation systems.

Requirements:

Physical Demands Summary: Ability to lift and transport 30 lbs.

Position requires repetitive motion, and lifting.
