Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Mainframe Support Administrator for an onsite role in Columbia, SC. This is a nighttime position that will be onsite from 10pm – 7am.

No travel is expected but there will be some weekend work from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor host systems and perform JCL and CICS troubleshootingIdentify and resolve system performance issues using monitoring toolsProcess customer service requests including claim strips, claim copies, and claim reprocessingTrack incidents and catalog items using ServiceNowProvide efficient host support and quickly learn new monitoring tools Skills & Qualifications:Ability to obtain a low-level U. S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U. S. citizenship4 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programmingExperience with host application support, DB2, and IMSKnowledge of scripting in VBA or PowerShell, Endevor, Freeze Frame, MQ, and Splunk is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Education/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other job-related degreeThe hourly rate for this position is $42. 13.

Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
