Your Mission

Organising and supervising the maintenance of buildings and machinery in compliance with the expected costs and with Safety, Health and Environment requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Your Contributions- Ensures the proper maintenance of relevant company equipment, in accordance with company budgets and production requirements;

- ensures the drafting and implementation of the preventive maintenance plan

- ensures the proper technical execution of works within the approved budget

- ensures the drafting and management of the technical documentation of the plants in compliance with mandatory regulations

- coordinates the interventions of external suppliers, guaranteeing their effectiveness

- establishes and agrees with the lab managers on the timing and priorities for intervention on the various plants

- works to ensure compliance with the Company's safety and environmental regulations and current EHS regulations by the personnel of the operating units.

**Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility**:

- You- Education- High School Certificate- Specialization- as Electrotechnician and/or similar or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Energy or similar)- Experience- 3-5 years of experience in similar or equivalent positions in highly structured and multinational contexts

- Previous experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of the main equipment and utilities used in Biological/Molecular laboratories is an asset

- Technical Competencies- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Management Logics and supporting information systems

- Familiarity in the maintenance management of HVAC systems, preferably in Pharma environments

- Good knowledge of applicable regulations, multidisciplinary techniques, aptitude for legal and regulatory aspects

- Skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for change and managing activities independently

- Interest in EHS issues, previous expertise preferred but not mandatory

- Languages- Good knowledge of English language (level B2 minimum)- Travel Availability- N/A- Relocation Availability- Not required- Training RequiredInduction Program Once Hired
