Our client is a global leader in the laboratory diagnostics market.

With a view to strengthening their organizational structures, we are looking for a

**MAINTENANCE & HSE SPECIALIST

who will have to organize and supervise the maintenance of buildings and machinery, in compliance with the expected costs and with Safety, Health and Environment requirements

**Posizione**:

- Ensures the proper maintenance of relevant company equipment, in accordance with company budgets and production requirements;

- ensures the drafting and implementation of the preventive maintenance plan

- ensures the proper technical execution of works within the approved budget

- ensures the drafting and management of the technical documentation of the plants in compliance with mandatory regulations

- coordinates the interventions of external suppliers, guaranteeing their effectiveness

- establishes and agrees with the lab managers on the timing and priorities for intervention on the various plants

**Requisiti**:

- High School diploma (Electro technician and/or similar) or Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Energy or similar)

- Familiarity in the maintenance management of HVAC systems, preferably in Pharma environments

- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Management and supporting information systems.

- Many years of experience (+3-5y) in similar or equivalent positions in highly structured and multinational contexts.

- Good knowledge of applicable regulations, multidisciplinary techniques, aptitude for legal and regulatory aspects.

- Interest in EHS issues, previous expertise preferred but not mandatory

- Previous experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of the main equipment and utilities used in Biological/Molecular laboratories is an asset

- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for change and managing activities independently

- Good command of English Language (Level B2 minimum)
