Maintenance Inspection EngineerLocation: Milan, ItalyContract Type: FreelanceDivision:Level of experience:Rina is currently recruiting a skilled Maintenance and Inspection Engineer to support the Estimation Department during the BID phase. Duration: 12 months (at least)Responsibilities:Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements;Support the Proposal Manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation. Assist the Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate;Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents;Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan;Identify, collect and process maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build-up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment;Organize the plant asset database;Plan maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed reliability centered maintenance analysis and risk based inspection program;Develop maintenance and inspection programs of plant equipment according to their criticality;Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis, i. e.

RBI and RCM;Support plant design and layout of the facilities to ensure accessibility and maintainability requirements are properly addressed;Liaise with project design team, engineering service providers and vendors;Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives. Requirements:Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Ability to read system schematics. Understanding of safety procedures. Good communication and training skills.
