Position Summary We are looking for a Maintenance & Technical Service Manager to join our team based in Biassono (MB).

He/she will manage the maintenance and technical department; delivering both reactive and proactive services to minimize downtimes; ensuring services are delivered with the highest level of efficiency, adherence to procedures, and quality and safety requirements. Duties To develop and implement maintenance strategies according to internal procedures to enhance plants' reliability and productivityTo plan and supervise maintenance and technical activitiesTo prepare a preventive maintenance plan through fault analysis, develop KPIs, and manage daily performance checksTo manage installation of new equipment/systems, disposal of obsolete materials, external personnel, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirementsTo manage spare parts availability, cooperate with other departments for investigations, provide technical assistance, and submit management documentation on timeDuties - cont'd To verify equipment quality, guarantee 24/7 technical assistance, monitor expenses, guide staff for continuous improvement, and ensure personnel training and suitabilityTo maintain and improve employees' motivation and skillset, assign objectives and projects, and review performances and resultsEducation Degree Bachelor's DegreeMaster's Degree in Engineering Management or Engineering GeneralExperience and competencies 3 years of relevant experienceElectrical/electronic and mechanical skillsLeadership, problem-solving, KPI monitoring, data processing, communication, English proficiency, MS Office knowledge, and availability to travelAdditional Information We are committed to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs.
