**Responsibilities

- Maintenance of automation systems and deviceds developed in-house and, where applicable, those purchased on a turnkey basis

- Maintenance management of vacuum equipment

- Coordination of the maintenance of external suppliers

- Design and development of machine upgrades for improved maintenance

- First level troubleshooting of automatic system control software (PLC, SCADA of all different types, HMI etc.

)

- Development of prototypes of process machines for engineering use in the relevant production technology areas.

- Such development may be carried out in collaboration with external companies or autonomously.

- Support to the verification of the compliance of developed and purchased machines with EC directives.

- Development of technical project documentation and training for operators.

- Support for the definition and implementation of the maintenance management software tool.

- Monitoring and reporting of machine downtime data.
