NewCold Ferentino is NewCold's automated cold storage facility.

It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region.

The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible for safely operating and maintaining the state-of-the-art cold store and providing excellent logistics services to our customers.

About the vacancy: The Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of maintenance and electrical aspects of machinery and the entire site, facilities, and equipment included:

The availability of machinery and equipment must always be more than 95%100% focus on planned inspections and maintenanceCritical spare parts availability and 99% inventory complianceFull availability of technical documentation, completeness of control sheets, registers, and reportsWhat will you do? Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet maximum operational efficiencyImplement preventive maintenance plansCheck records of preventive maintenance tasks completed and report any variations vs.planMaintain high quality for work instructions, labor, parts, and costsGuarantee all routine works are planned and scheduled, minimizing operational disruption during breakdownsMonitor compliance with planning and budgeting processesTrack work, operating, and maintenance costs, leading corrective actions to ensure compliance with agreed budgetsManage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment according to necessity and targetsRespond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtimeLiaise with key stakeholders to identify the impact of breakdown events on Customer Service and mitigate accordinglyAdvise management about options to resolve breakdown conditionsPlan a regular reporting structure on technical operationsSet priorities and optimize plans and schedules using available systemsEvaluate and manage height operations and rescueEnsure team is trained, skilled, and able to fulfill their duties regarding rescue at heightsFollow all company rules about quality requirementsMitigate any risk of incidentsFollow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructionsWho are we looking for?
