The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.

The position is based in Napoli - IT. AccountabilitiesCoordinate and supervise cyclical and corrective maintenance activities for high-speed trains. Ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance timelines and deadlines. Liaise with suppliers. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. Manage maintenance personnel by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency. Prepare and update technical documentation related to maintenance activities. Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Required Skills/ KnowledgeProven experience in maintenance. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Project, Word, and Excel. Strong team and project management skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. Education / QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, OR at least 10 years of experience in the railway maintenance sector.
