Descrizione Description: Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Overhaul Maintenance Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Napoli - IT. Accountabilities Coordinate and supervise cyclical and corrective maintenance activities for high-speed trains. Ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance timelines and deadlines. Liaise with suppliers. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. Manage maintenance personnel by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency. Prepare and update technical documentation related to maintenance activities. Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Competencies (optional) Supervision and coordination of technical teams. Planning and management of maintenance activities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Required Skills/ Knowledge Proven experience in maintenance. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Project, Word, and Excel. Strong team and project management skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. Desired Skills/ Knowledge Previous experience in coordination/management roles. Proficiency in maintenance management software and data analysis. Education / Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, OR at least 10 years of experience in the railway maintenance sector.
