Join us NewCold Ferentino is NewCold's automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible for safely operating and maintaining the state-of-the-art cold store and providing excellent logistics services to our customers. About the vacancy: The Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of maintenance and electrical aspects of machinery and the entire site, facilities, and equipment included: The availability of machinery and equipment must always be more than 95% 100% focus on planned inspections and maintenance Critical spare parts availability and 99% inventory compliance Full availability of technical documentation, completeness of control sheets, registers, and reports What will you do? Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet maximum operational efficiency Implement preventive maintenance plans Check records of preventive maintenance tasks completed and report any variations vs.plan Maintain high quality for work instructions, labor, parts, and costs Guarantee all routine works are planned and scheduled, minimizing operational disruption during breakdowns Monitor compliance with planning and budgeting processes Track work, operating, and maintenance costs, leading corrective actions to ensure compliance with agreed budgets Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment according to necessity and targets Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime Liaise with key stakeholders to identify the impact of breakdown events on Customer Service and mitigate accordingly Advise management about options to resolve breakdown conditions Plan a regular reporting structure on technical operations Set priorities and optimize plans and schedules using available systems Evaluate and manage height operations and rescue Ensure team is trained, skilled, and able to fulfill their duties regarding rescue at heights Follow all company rules about quality requirements Mitigate any risk of incidents Follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions Who are we looking for?
