NewCold Ferentino is NewCold's automated cold storage facility.

It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region.

The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible for safely operating and maintaining the state-of-the-art cold store and providing excellent logistics services to our customers.

About the vacancy: The Maintenance Coordinator is in charge of maintenance and electrical aspects of machinery and the entire site, including facilities and equipment.

The availability of machinery and equipment must always be more than 95%.

100% focus on planned inspections and maintenance.

Critical spare parts availability and 99% inventory compliance.

Full availability of technical documentation, completeness of control sheets, registers, and reports.

What will you do?

Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to meet maximum operational efficiency.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Check records of preventive maintenance tasks completed and report any variations vs.plan.

Maintain high quality for work instructions, labor, parts, and costs.

Guarantee all routine works are planned and scheduled, minimizing operational disruption during breakdowns.

Monitor and ensure compliance with the sections planning and budgeting process.

Monitor work, operating, and maintenance costs, leading corrective action to ensure compliance with the agreed budget.

Manage a good inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment according to necessity and targets.

Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime.

Liaise with key stakeholders to identify the impact of breakdown events on Customer Service and mitigate accordingly.

Advise management about options to resolve breakdown conditions.

Plan a regular reporting structure on technical operations.

Set priorities and use available systems to optimize plans and schedules.

Evaluate and manage height operations and rescue.

Ensure the team is trained, skilled, and able to fulfill their duties (according to the rescue at heights).

Follow all company rules about quality requirements every time.

Mitigate any risk of incidents.

Follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions.
