Within the maintenance department, you will be responsible for the maintenance activities of all systems (robots, machines, conveyors. . . ) installed by Exotec in Campania.

- You will be responsible for the recruitment, management and constant improvement of the skills of your team

- You will manage a team of several maintenance technicians working on our sites in the region.

- You will take care of all planning tasks and ensure that preventive maintenance operations are carried out on time

- You lead the teams on site and, if necessary, assist them in their daily work by providing technical and operational support.

- You act as Exotec's local representative to our customers

- You send weekly reports on our systems and their performance KPI's to the head office.

- You will support the Maintenance Manager in the drafting and updating of maintenance contracts.

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 10 years experience in a similar position

- You have successful experience in managing maintenance teams

- You have very good skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance operations

- You have extensive knowledge of software, mechanical and electrical engineering

- You enjoy working in the field

- You have good leadership and communication skills
