Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant.

The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Development Manager to join our team at our customer site in Lucca, Italy.

In this role, you will report to the General Maintenance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the mill's maintenance processes while ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do: Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategies and practices to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with teams to integrate mill-wide maintenance systems and promote a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Support the customer in preparing budgets, monitoring cost control, and providing technical expertise to improve team performance.

Evaluate and optimize maintenance workflows, processes, and new technology opportunities.

Support and motivate team members to achieve professional growth and align with company values by providing training, facilitating both customer and internal operations, and implementing best practices.

What We're Looking For: A formal qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.

Proven expertise in managing similar tasks and projects.

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams, effectively documenting work, and sharing best practices.

Knowledge of maintenance systems, risk assessment, and operational planning.

Fluent English required; Italian will be considered a plus.
