In this role, you will report to the General Maintenance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the mill's maintenance processes while ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategies and practices to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with teams to integrate mill-wide maintenance systems and promote a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement. Support the customer in preparing budgets, monitoring cost control, and providing technical expertise to improve team performance. Evaluate and optimize maintenance workflows, processes, and new technology opportunities. Support and motivate team members to achieve professional growth and align with company values.

This is done by providing training, facilitating both customer and internal operations, and implementing best practices. What We're Looking For:A formal qualification in a relevant engineering discipline. We are looking for a professional with proven expertise who successfully managed similar tasks and projects. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams, effectively documenting work, and sharing best practices. Knowledge of maintenance systems, risk assessment, and operational planning. Fluent English, and Italian will be considered a plus. Why Join Us?
