For the his most important activities based in Italy (Ravenna Area), we are looking for the:

**MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR - Rif.

**The role**:

Reporting directly to the Park Director and the Corporate Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Director will have to plan, coordinate and control the preventive and corrective maintenance for rides, structures and assets in the park, respecting the maintenance budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish rules and control procedures to ensure and guarantee the efficient operation of rides, facilities, engines and industrial equipment;

- Organize and manage maintenance and repair tasks in the park;

- Take care of complying to third party requirements;

- Coordinate and supervise the design, construction and installation of new rides or/and facilities as well as control the maintenance of the existing ones, in strict contact with major manufacturers and suppliers;

- Develop and supervise maintenance plans in short, medium and long term;

- Budget control;

- Proposal and follow up of the maintenance capex of the park;

- Supervise contractors working in the park and under Maintenance Department's responsibility;

- Guarantee all works are carried out following Risk Assessments and related control measures;

- Ensure health, safety and environmental communication, action implementation and compliance in his/her area;

- Enforce safe work and environmental protection practices through strict adherence to health, safety and environmental rules and procedures;

- Promote a healthy work environment that is safe, empowering, and satisfying;

- Supervise staff welfare, conduct, adherence to rules and procedures, timekeeping and appearance, reporting any issues to the Personnel Manager;

- Ensure along with the personnel manager that appropriate inductions and staff training programs are in place to enable all staff to complete their jobs in a safe, effective and efficient manner;

- Keep the staff members always updated about Technical Standards and State of Art in the field of competence.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Master in engineering degree;

- At least 5 years as Maintenance director (desirable in a leisure park/Industry);

- High level of initiative and being able to work with low level of supervision;

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;

- Stress tolerance, good leadership, organizational and motivations skills;

- Creativity and innovation;

- Analysis capacity;

- Fluent English.
