You can too, Join us!As Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing department based in Porcia for a permanent contract. We are seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Engineer to oversee critical initiatives related to the plant extension (Phase 2), maintenance and optimization of existing buildings, and the implementation of sustainable energy management practices.
This role will focus on reducing CO2 emissions and replacing the current cooling and heating systems with energy-efficient alternatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within construction, facilities, or energy management. Your missionPlan, coordinate, and execute the second phase of the plant extension, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveryLiaise with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project specificationsMonitor progress and resolve project challenges effectivelyBuilding Maintenance and Optimization:Revamping and Improvement of Building Auxiliary Systems and FacilitiesDevelop and implement detailed project plans for the revamping of auxiliary systems and facilitiesMonitor and evaluate projects to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standardsPropose and execute solutions to improve building performance and reduce operational costsEnergy Management and CO2 Reduction:Analyze current energy consumption and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to reduce CO2 emissions in alignment with organizational sustainability goalsMonitor and report on energy savings and environmental impactCooling and Heating System Replacement:Lead the selection and installation of modern, energy-efficient cooling and heating systems. Collaborate with vendors to ensure the chosen solutions meet technical and environmental standards. Oversee system testing, commissioning, and training of operational staff. Your profileBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, energy, or facilities managementProven track record of managing complex projects within budget and time constraintsStrong understanding of energy management systems and sustainability practicesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in project management tools and softwareWhat we offer?
