Maintenance EngineerWe are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy. How you make the differenceYou will be responsible for optimization of maintenance processes, respecting the quality and costs standards set. How your agenda looks like:You will be responsible for defining operational maintenance priorities for your Factory and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions; You will be responsible for identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs of your Factory; You will organize interventions involving, as needed, its own technicians, external companies and/or suppliers; You will ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations and procedures; You will provides coaching activities for the implementation of the Operational Excellence corporate program. Your team:You will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Technical Service Leader Italy. What makes you a great fit:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar; Previous experience in the role (not mandatory); Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel; Fluent use of the English language; Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
