RINA is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join its office in Rome or Milan, Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

MissionThe Maintenance Engineer will be part of the Oil & Gas Maintenance Engineering Division.

Key AccountabilitiesUtilize your 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Maintenance Engineering to lead and contribute to various projects within a fast-paced environment, showcasing your adaptability and efficiency. Collaborate effectively with a diverse team, including international partners, to build strong working relationships and deliver high-quality results. Engage with clients directly, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in addressing their needs, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. EducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

QualificationsManage and have in-depth knowledge of project technical documentation including P&IDs, PFD, Data Sheets, and Vendor's manuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Prepare technical specifications for the development of Maintenance Engineering activities, showcasing your attention to detail and ability to drive project success. Utilize your experience as a CMMS Engineer to populate CMMS templates, specifically SAP PM and MM Module, ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance operations. Lead the development of maintenance engineering activities such as Asset Register, RAM, RCM, Maintenance Plan, and Workload evaluation, demonstrating a strategic approach to maintenance planning and execution. Coordinate technically with an Engineering Maintenance Team, leveraging your expertise to enhance team performance and achieve operational excellence. Hold a degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience, combined with fluency in English to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
