As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the assigned areas. In this role, you will lead all aspects of maintenance, repair, and project planning.

Main Responsibilities: Ensure that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished, and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed. Ensure the correct execution of maintenance tasks with respect to quality, timeliness, and HSE standards. Plan and prioritize work orders, scheduling overall repair and maintenance to minimize production downtime. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance for equipment. Be responsible for the budget of the assigned areas. Engage the team responsible for the repairs and maintenance of equipment and machines. Monitor maintenance KPIs and engage team members in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions, as well as technical growth for direct reports. Portrait of a Perfect Candidate: You have at least 1 year of experience in complex environments. You are capable of working on several tasks simultaneously. You possess strong people management skills. You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change. You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.
