If you have a technical background (Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or Total Productive Maintenance) and you are willing to develop your leadership competencies (managing changes through others and inspiring the team), apply and join our program.

We are offering various high-responsibility positions in our Factories and our Central Operations team, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Project Engineering/Design, and Product Development.

Additionally, we could offer opportunities linked to Digital and Sustainability.

After a successful completion of the program, we will identify leading positions in one of our factories or central functions, or in different locations in Zone Europe Purina PetCare Network to fit our business needs and your personal and professional profile.

What will make you successful: You have prior career experience in Operations (2-4 years). You demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn. You have excellent communication skills and can work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. You are willing to interact with people at all levels in the organization, from the shop floor to the European Management team.
