Maintenance Engineering Specialist
Mission**:
Identifying opportunity of efficiency in terms of costs, safety and production capacity and increasing and developing standard procedures.
**Main Responsibilities**:
PRODUCTION PROCESSES ANALYSIS
- Study production processes in order to build realistic and comprehensive action plans to reduce cost, increase quality and improve service level
- Act as a strategic partner, developing and optimizing processes through the definition of standard procedures in collaboration with Production department
- Monitor and report production KPI to verify the alignment with business goals
- Elaboration, proposal and control of the improvement activities for Production department
- Interact with internal structures to develop continuous improvement culture in collaboration with Continuous Improvement department.
PRODUCTION PROCESSES DEVELOPMENT
- Elaboration, proposal and control of the improvement activities for Production department
- Interact with internal structures to develop continuous improvement culture in collaboration with Continuous Improvement department.
LAUNCH NEW PRODUCT
- Develop feasibility studies to verify the sustainability (technical/economical) of the investments in collaboration with R&D department
- Be accountable for the industrialization of production processes related to new products in line with production needs
