We are seeking a Maintenance Generalist – Manuntentore Generalista (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.
Responsibilities Maintaining and caring for the furniture, decor, and the entire building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrician, plumbing) in compliance with legal standards and Hirmer Hospitality procedures.
Regularly checking technical rooms, offices, swimming pools, kitchens, restaurants, bars, equipment, SPA area, fire protection system, audio system, air conditioning, aspiration system, and technical facilities.
Carrying out and checking regular maintenance and service work.
Painting walls if necessary.
Analyzing malfunctions and solving problems in guest rooms/suites and public areas.
Assisting with special projects and supporting gardeners if necessary.
Requirements Technical high school diploma with high grade.
Minimum 3 years work experience preferably at a high-level hotel in the same role.
Italian and English confidence are mandatory.
German language skills are also required (minimum B1).
High attention to detail, problem-solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, and teamwork skills are a must.
Legal right to work in Italy.
MS Office and reporting confidence (especially Excel and Word).
Driving license B.
