The opening 5-Star Hotel "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.

This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Meeting room and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2, 000 square meters with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.

The Maintenance Generalist of the opening 5-Star Hotel "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" of the international Hotel chain Travel Charme gives a crucial contribute to 5-Star maintenance and authentic luxury experiences to our Guests, demonstrating high passion for service and team working.

This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager of the Hotel and cooperates with the other roles of the team (Gardeners and Maintenance Technicians).

**Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintaining and caring of the furnitures, decors and the entire building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrician, plumbing) in compliance with legal standards and Hirmer procedures,

- Regular checking of the technical rooms, offices, swimming pools, kitchens, restaurants, bars, equipments, SPA area, fire protection system, audio system, air conditioning, aspiration system and technical facilities,

- Carrying out and checking regular maintenance and service work,

- Painting walls if necessary,

- Analyzing malfunctions and solving problems faults in guest rooms/suites and public areas,

- Assisting with special projects and supporting gardeners if necessary.

- Technical high school diploma with high grade,

- Minimum 3 years´ work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role,

- Italian / English confidence is mandatory.

Other languages´ confidence is very appreciated: preferable German and Russian,

- High attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,

- Covering several weekend/holiday shifts for month,

- Legal right to work in Italy,

- MS Office and reporting confidence (especially Excel and Word)

- Driving license B.
