Job Title: Maintenance WorkerSalary: $20. 00 HourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PMRequirements:Must complete Background and Drug Screening. Must have a Valid State of Florida Driver's License. Responsibilities:Perform various tasks involving grounds maintenance, including mowing grass, edging landscaped areas, trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, spreading mulch, spraying weed killer, and hauling tree and shrub trimmings. Paint safety bollards, piping at pump stations, and other structures as required, applying paint using roller, brush, or spray gun, and preparing surfaces for painting with a power washer. Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks necessary to keep equipment and tools in operable condition. Create and complete work orders for assigned tasks. Perform other related duties as required. Follow safety procedures, utilize safety equipment, and monitor the work environment to ensure the safety of employees and other individuals. Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals.
