Mission:Plan, direct, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities so that the organization's machinery and equipment operate reliably. People managementWhat will you do? Enforce safety & health rules & 5SManage the maintenance department according to internal rules, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR.

)Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well beingManage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production linesDecide, prioritise & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original stateManage the technical aspects for capability of all internal tools under responsibility of the plantIs the responsible of the correct preservation of tools and equipment Manage & optimise maintenance costs including spare parts inventory for internal and external production meansOrganize the intervention of his/her team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production lineEnsure consistency and updating of the maintenance information data for internal meansUpdate and ensure the business continuity plan in term of equipment and toolsBring locally his/her technical expertise within industrialization team or Manufacturing Engineering team Select, validate, introduce and standardize new technologies and digital processes locally in accordance with industrial plan What will help you to be successful? 5-10 years of experience in similar rolesMechanical-electrical- automation backgroundInnovation and continuous improvement mindsetMS Office, ERP SystemFluent EnglishExcellent relationship and communication skillsWhat's in it for you?
