Maintenance Manager
In this role you will be part of the Technical Service Organization, reporting direct to a Manufacturing Engineering Sr Mgr.
You will act as a partner and advisor to the Manufacturing Engineering Sr Mgr.
Strong relationships with Site Leadership team members, and other members of the Technical Service organization are essential to success.
You will coordinate a unit of around 100, divided in sub teams.
This role will provide tremendous opportunities to gain people leadership, technical ownership, operations management and client facing experiences.

Leading a team of highly specialized technical experts, you will act as a confident, collaborative, problem solving Leader who can effectively manage pressure and balance the dual (and sometimes competing) accountabilities of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Activities:
- Daily maintenance coordination for sterile and packaging production lines
- Daily maintenance coordination for production utilities (solution preparation, autoclave )
- Preventive maintenance planning
- TPM methodology applied to packaging and sterile production departments
- Leading a team based on maintenance team leaders and respective working teams
- Technical interaction with suppliers within the scope of problem solving and potential lines upgrade
- Collaboration with internal function, such as planning/TT/QA/Production
- Interaction with Clients within the scope of problem solving and potential lines upgrade
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in leading maintenance teams in large manufacturing facility
- Steriles experience is a must have, biologics and vaccine experience preferred
- Proven experience across the operational landscape, including validation, maintenance services, customer/client focus
- Continuous improvement and efficiency processes
