Within Tetra Pak Additional Material Department, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager who supports the Management Team in achieving overall process and factory KPI's.

As a Maintenance Manager you will report to the Factory Director.

This is a permanent position based in Sezzadio, (AL), Italy.

**What you will do**:

As a Maintenance Manger you will be involved in the following areas:

Maintenance and management

- You will be member of Factory management team

- You will lead Maintenance Department

- You will managing local Maintenance staff (around 15 people), including recruitments and people development plans

- You will define local Maintenance Strategy

- You will be responsible for Maintenance cost centre, participate to budget and expenses analysis

- You will be responsible for Maintenance KPI analysis and management

- You will provide leadership to engineers and technicians to support issues troubleshooting and root cause analysis giving contribution with method and follow up

- You will plan and coordinate activities with external suppliers

- You will support other operations departments

Projects

- Your department is responsible for managing local projects, related to machines and general services

WCM

- You will be leader of PM pillar, member of local Steering Committee

- You will use WCM methodology to eradicate breakdowns, promoting activities to reduce technological losses

**Who you are**:

- You have technical education in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

- You have experience in managing people and projects, and you are clear in setting priorities and defining steps

- You have passion for new projects and to change status quo

- You have strong analytical mindset and set up, easy to understand numbers

- You are a good collaborator, you speak up to share your view and listen to other's inputs

- You have good skills on Office Online Pack (Share Point, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.

)

- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
