THE COMPANY: Aloxe is a fast-growing recycled plastic (rPET) producer in Europe. Aloxe has a growth strategy within the European rPET sector, and the ambition to become a major consolidated producer of rPET. Our Italian organization is recruiting its Maintenance Manager for its manufacturing plant in Presenzano (Caserta). This role will be responsible for managing, planning and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's plants and facilities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Planning and coordination of preventive, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities • Management of the maintenance team, providing support and continuous training • Optimization of maintenance processes to ensure operational efficiency • Collaboration with other departments to improve business productivity • Management of relationships with suppliers and external technical assistance companies • Drafting of periodic reports and monitoring of maintenance KPIs REQUIREMENTS: • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial) • Proven experience in maintenance management roles • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Problem-solving and emergency management skills • Fluent English (both written and spoken) • Knowledge of safety regulations and advanced maintenance techniques WHAT WE OFFER: • Permanent contract and salary package commensurate with experience • Opportunities for growth in a dynamic and innovative environment • Continuous training and professional updating If you are an experienced engineer and want to test yourself as a Maintenance Manager in a state-of-the-art company, send us your CV and a cover letter.
