Are you a Field Quality specialist looking for a new opportunity?

As a Maintenance Methods Continuous Improvements team member, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing custom and standard documentation, work instructions, quality checklists, video field procedures, and maintenance forms for site operation and outage activities related to IET products.

Cooperating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, others. . . ) to ensure the quality of standard documentation and process application.

Managing Maintenance COE digital platforms and web tools for the distribution of Methods and Continuous Improvements products, KPIs, and WFs.

Producing and maintaining QMS procedures for Global Site Ops.

Keeping operational rhythm and following up with suppliers.

Being part of the committee for Master FSEs process.

Editing Site Quality Checklist - Applicability Matrix.

Releasing Field Service Newsletter.

Driving initiatives for new products digital tools.

Managing global and local suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you could use: Technical background in field services maintenance and installation projects.

Field experience in Aero GT, Steam Turbine, or Controls activities is a plus.

Solid experience with IET products and services.

Good team player with strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

Curiosity and passion for innovation.

Availability to travel for meetings and site surveys up to 10% of the time.

Adoption of an Agile and Lean mindset.

Good digital dexterity.
