For the Novara Plant, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner who will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Job Purpose

The objective of the position is to support the organization in implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure efficiency and achievement of plant KPIs in compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Within the Maintenance Team, you will provide support in terms of planning and scheduling (SAP Maintenance management system) working in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as the Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineering, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Process Improvement Line Leader, etc. , ensuring that they comply with the expected Safety and Quality standards.

Key accountabilities: Support to Preventive Maintenance Management: Scheduling, follow-up, and completion in collaboration with the Maintenance team. Support in defining daily, weekly, and long-term strategies needed to meet expected department performance levels. Support root cause problem solving on equipment and systems to understand the causes of failures and identify potential improvement actions to implement. Support in the development of technical KPIs (unavailability due to failure, failure frequency, number of maintenance orders carried out) and economic (monthly cost incurred vs. expected budget cost) of the Technical Area, providing feedback to the organization. Prepare, share, and disseminate Maintenance procedures. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Previous experience of 1 year (preferred). Team working, flexibility, and innovation attitude. Good level of English.
