We are currently looking for a Maintenance Specialist who guarantees the correct functioning of the assigned production plants, supporting the implementation of improvement plans for existing plant components.

**Tasks & Responsabilities

- Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions in line with the improvement maintenance projects received/proposed and agreed with the Maintenance Manager in order to eliminate the causes of recurring malfunctions and improve the reliability of the machinery;

- Collaborate with departmental colleagues to maintain an adequate level of efficiency of the production plants in line with the processing cycles and the corporate OEE objectives, in compliance with the company procedures regarding safety in the workplace and the HACCP plan;

- Take action to restore faults on plants and lines during the production phases or for any adjustments in order to guarantee product standards;

- Carry out the diagnosis and problem solving process of the malfunction by analyzing and interpreting the data available

- Check and verify in particular the correct installation and operation of the automations present in the systems, both following internal repairs or modifications, and for work carried out by external suppliers;

- Assist the production staff in the use of the electronic and mechanical equipment of the machines, also carrying out training activities for the operators.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of packaging machines in the food/cosmetic/pharmaceutical sector and in the management of faults on electromechanical/electronic devices;

- Technical qualification (preferably mechatronic/electronic/mechanical);

- Knowledge and experience on industrial PLCs/PCs;

- Skills in the search and identification of faults on electromechanical/electronic devices;

- Knowledge of technical drawings and wiring diagrams;

- Ability and competence in reading technical drawings and wiring diagrams;

- Welcome experience with equipment and machine tools typical of the role (milling machines, lathes, drills, welding machines, etc.

);

- Forklift license welcome;

- Flexible and dynamic approach, problem solving orientation, ability to work in a team;

- IT/basic knowledge of Office package, outlook, preferential title SAP Maintenence, or SAP.
