The role:

The Facility Specialist supports the Facility Manager in the management of the real estate assets: he receives and manages requests from the Sales Points relating to maintenance (heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, TVCC, water and fire prevention systems and everything concerning the maintenance of structures, windows and furniture).

It relates with the other company areas and with the suppliers to organize their work.

What you'll do:

- Reception of fault reports and requests from the Sales Points;

- Organization of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance by defining priorities and activating suppliers;

- Root cause analysis to diagnose any problems and implement corrective actions and preventive measures;

- Management of relations with external suppliers by verifying the correct performance of maintenance activities and the quality of interventions and services performed;

- Report processing on management results;

- Management and organization of the technical documentation (plans, plant conformity declaration, CPI, periodic checks of the earth system, etc.

);

- Management of the relevant contracts, ensuring the monitoring of the required service levels and related obligations.

Who you are:

- You have a technical-managerial degree or technical Diploma (Surveyor, Civil/Building Engineering, Management Engineering);- You have previous experience of 3-5 years in the technical-management field;-

- You show high propensity for problem solving;

- You have excellent organizational and planning skills;

- You have attitude to built and keep strong relationships.
