Job DescriptionMaintenance Supervisor – Poultry PlantJob Summary:We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced poultry processing plant.

This role is crucial in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and team leadership. Shift: 3rdPay Range: $85, 000-$92, 500 + 10% Annual Bonus PotentialKey Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in plant equipment. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and food safety standards. Manage inventory of maintenance parts and tools while staying within budget. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) such as SAP to track work orders and maintenance history. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles. Assist in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions as needed. Qualifications:3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (poultry). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration systems is a plus. Proficiency in CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or similar systems). Understanding of OSHA regulations, food safety standards, and GMPs. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
