Maintenance Supervisor
As a **Maintenance Coordinator**, you will be accountable for assuring that the maintenance department staff has the vital tools, training, and required resources to perform innovative facility maintenance.
You will drive the strategy to transform Maintenance to an outstanding team, and industry leading company PPG!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead all aspects to improve plant key performance indicators and manufacturing/operational metrics, as well as being a technical resource to production personnel to ensure working conditions meet all safety requirements.
- Manage safety policies (training and implementation) of lock out/tagout, electrical safety, maintenance safe work practices, hot work, etc.
- Supervise and control costs of facility maintenance, including materials usage and overtime.
- Manage investigation for product quality problems, resolve root cause, assemble and analyze data and implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate cause.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all maintenance consumables.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in employee management including effective leadership and supervision of multiple support functions and staff operating in a team concept.
- Technical knowledge related to all facility service equipment with 5 - 10 years' experience preferred in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Experience in facility maintenance, digital literacy using tools such as MS Office is a plus.
