In our Electrification Business Area, in Smart Power division located in Frosinone, we are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader.

**This position reports to**:

Maintenance Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Staff Managing: Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages or shifting priorities.

- Managing a team of 21 maintenance workers.

- Cooperation: Serve as leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical problems.

- Managing repair operations and correlated issues.

- Second level troubleshooting activities.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Electric, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering

- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or industrial machine building

- Technical requirements: PLC programming, database management, man-machine and robot interface, troubleshooting

- Very good knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English (B2)

- Curiosity, creativity, proactivity, precision and punctuality will complete your profile
