- Problem solver for all the operations on the different plants (troubleshooting skills)

- Install, test and start up new automated warehouse

- Interact continuously with customers and colleagues on the work site

- Write up periodical reports about the service activities

- Be a key player for rest of maintenance team

- Coordinate a limited group of maintenance technicians (2/3 resources)

- Focusing on prioritize maintenance tasks for internal and external stakeholders

- Be a key player on site for safety rules implementations

- Report directly to Operation Supervisor and/or Site Manager

Tasks and Qualifications:

- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies

- 3-5 years of experience as Technician in maintenance of highly automated production plants

- Previous experience in leading a small team preferred

- Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation

- Passion for electrical, mechanical and software engineering

- Good knowledge of Italian
