Base pay range Description Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical plant, and in fabricating repair parts and tools by performing the following duties.

In addition, the role also involves implementing a dedicated software system for managing preventive maintenance and coordinating external service providers.

Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily maintenance activities ensuring that installations, repairs, and routine checks on machinery and plant infrastructure are performed according to safety and quality standards.

Plan and execute scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Manage the fabrication of repair parts and specialized tools, ensuring that the production process aligns with technical requirements.

Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance software: This entails configuring the system to track maintenance schedules, log repairs, generate alerts for upcoming tasks, and analyze performance data to optimize maintenance operations.

Coordinate with external companies and service providers, managing contracts and ensuring that all outsourced maintenance work adheres to the required technical and safety standards.

Facilitate clear communication between in-house teams and external vendors, ensuring that corrective actions are timely and effective.

Monitor the performance of both internal operations and external contractors to continuously improve maintenance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Reviews production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.

Maintains time and production records.

Initiates plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

Communicates company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.

Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.

Complies with all environmental, health, safety and housekeeping programs.

Assists workers/external vendors in the diagnosis and repair and calibration of machinery and production equipment.

Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications Technical High School Diploma Excellent interpersonal communications skills; verbal and written Minimum 5 years industrial experience Computer literate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Strong organizational skills aimed at achieving results and solving operational problems.
