The main responsibilities of the role include technical hands-on support to all departments to ensure a smooth operation, resolve faults promptly, reduce downtime on repair tasks, while putting guest comfort and satisfaction as a priority. Responsibilities:Carry out tests on building services, equipment, and installations. Use test equipment and keep related recordsPerform preventive maintenance work, service and repairs of hotel equipment, including gas and electrical kitchen equipment, refrigeration equipment, electrical and water systems, HVAC systems, swimming pools, and others. Attend to faults and daily maintenance in guest rooms in the absence of the dedicated Rooms Maintenance person. Carry out daily swimming pools maintenance which includes early morning pools vacuuming, backwash of filters, water tests (CL and PH) and chemical additives. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
