IN ROOM DINING SUPERVISORMain purpose:
The In Room Dining Supervisor oversees the delivery of the In Room Dining service, supervises the staff, and ensures the best Guests' experience. He/she cooperates with the Restaurant team when required and maintains high standards of service.
Reports to: F&B Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the hotel's In Room Dining service, according to our service standards and procedures;Supervise all In Room Dining team members;Ensure all staff meet established standards of service through ongoing training;Supervise the In Room Dining service area to attract, retain, and motivate employees;Ensure optimal service, quality, and hospitality are provided to guests;Conduct briefings, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient service delivery;Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. We offer:Fixed-term, full-time contract according to C. C. N. L. Settore Turismo. Learning & development activities and career opportunities. Opportunity to stay in one of our hotels at a reduced rate (35€ per night) after 6 months of employment. You will also be entitled to a 50% discount at bars and restaurants of the Company and a 20% discount on wellness treatments at our Spa and on products 'Irene Forte'. Staff celebrations. Competencies required:Collaboration: Willingness to work as a team within the department and with other departments. Personal Effectiveness & Communication: Demonstrate self-control and present information clearly and confidently. Personal development: Be open to and accept constructive feedback to improve. Engage in ongoing dialogue with the Head of Department on performance objectives. Business orientation: Follow guidelines and priorities assigned by the Head of the Department to achieve goals in a timely manner. Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. Other requirements:Professional experience at an international level, preferably in a deluxe hotel;English knowledge at Intermediate/Advanced level;Valid HACCP certification;Knowledge of F&B management software (e. g. Easymeal);Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;Flexibility;Attention to detail. Workplace: Hotel Savoy, Piazza della Repubblica 7, 50122 - Firenze.
