Job DescriptionInside the restaurant in agreement and under the supervision of the FB Manager and the Restaurant Manager, the candidate is responsible for:Plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management. Supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch/dinner). Participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team. Record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details. Support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service. Supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested. QualificationsHotel training. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

Knowledge of a third language is welcome. A good knowledge of wines. At least three years of experience in the same role gained in starred restaurants, RC and/or 4/5 * hotels. Communication and management skills, customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile. HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications.
