Supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch/dinner).

Participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team.

Record orders, take care of the guest, and pay attention to details.

Support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service.

Supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested.

Requirements: Hotel training.

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.

Knowledge of a third language is welcome.

Communication and management skills, customer orientation, and teamwork complete the profile.

HACCP and FIRE PREVENTION certifications.

Remuneration is commensurate with the actual experience of the chosen resource.

Full-time availability on shifts from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest.
