**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
We are looking for a highly skilled **Maitre d'Hotel (all gender)** with advanced Sommelier expertise to join our
managing the dining room service and ensuring an exceptional gastronomic experience for our
guests, with particular focus on wine selection and service.

Dining Room Management**: Coordinate and supervise the dining room team, ensuring impeccable, timely service that aligns with the high standards of the restaurant.
- ** Guest Reception and Service**: Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and provide them with an exclusive and personalized dining experience.
- ** Wine Expertise**: Offer expert advice to guests on wine selection, suggesting pairings, and ensuring a complete gastronomic experience.
- ** Wine List Management**: Curate and update the wine list, monitor stock levels, and manage wine availability.
- ** Service Supervision**: Organize the flow of service during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards throughout.
- ** Training and Motivation**: Train dining room staff on service procedures, maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy.
- ** Quality Control**: Continuously monitor the quality of service and the guest experience, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Previous experience in Maitre d'Hotel and/or Sommelier roles in high-end restaurants.
- In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry and wine expertise, with the ability to suggest wines and pairings with confidence.
- Sommelier certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent staff management and dining room coordination skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Knowledge of service techniques and food safety regulations.
- Fluent in both Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages (German) is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and the wine industry.
