Management Accounting (Temporary)
At Rome Business School, one of the leading educational institutions that is part of Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Management Accounting who will report hierarchically to the Associate Dean and functionally to the Administration area.
The main responsibilities will include the establishment and monitoring of all academic costs in the area, profitability analysis and new projects, interaction with the institution's systems, and activation of the Department's Balance Scorecard and Dashboard.
What will your day-to-day consist of? Supervision and payments to teaching staff. Administration and management of suppliers. Maintenance, management, and continuous improvements in internal systems. Management, execution, and monthly budget analysis. Monitoring and planning of academic hours in collaboration with the Academic Coordination area. Management and planning of strategic projects for the Academic Department. What are we looking for? A professional with at least 2 years of experience in the financial field. Degree in Economics. Knowledge of academic areas in the education sector would be an advantage. Someone with initiative, rigor, and skills in establishing quality standards, audits, and regulations.
