You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Office of Counsel in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command of Europe, Africa, Central.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07/09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilize administrative regulations and operating procedures to gather information and to analyze/recommend solutions to problems in administrative procedures and work processes.

Screen incoming requests for information and relay such requests to the appropriate points of contact for action.

Use Microsoft applications (e. g. , Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) to perform a variety of management and administrative duties both internally and externally for the command.

Communicate effectively (both oral and written) with all levels and ranks of personnel to work with others in potentially adverse situations to achieve agreement within required time frames.
