You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Assistant Region Engineer (ARE) Office supporting Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (CNREURAFCENT), located in Naples, Italy.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following:

Providing complex technical advice on obtaining adequate facilities, utilities or transportation for an organization. Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. Assisting with the management and execution of a budget to ensure funds are appropriately aligned with a program's priorities. Preparing oral and written justification for resource requirements of a program. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
