There is a lack of uniform guidelines for detecting endocrine and neurological morbidity in these patients and for evaluating adequate follow-up. It is well documented that the onset of endocrine disorders in CNS tumors generally occurs within the first 5 years after diagnosis (median follow-up 2. 2 years).
